You have found a home and it is time to write an offer on
it. You have already seen all the forms and contracts
because we went over them in your initial
consultation.
Of course I will explain everything in detail and answer all of your questions.
Price .... Financing terms ..... Closing costs .... taxes .... payments .... What remains in the home .... inspections .... time limits of the contract .... repairs to be done .... when you get possession of the home .... agency disclosure ..... property disclosure.
The seller has 3 options at this point ..... accept the offer as is .... counter offer with changes ..... decline the offer. It helps to have an experienced agent to negotiate on your behalf!
