When you receive an offer from a prospective buyer we will sit down in person and discuss your options. At this point you have 3 choices of how to respond to the offer.

  1. You can accept the offer under the original conditions.
  2. You can counter offer the terms which are not acceptable.
  3. You can decline the offer.
