BEFORE you visit model homes....

An important point that most buyers don’t realize when they begin their search for a new home is the fact that their is FREE Buyer Representation available.

The builders representatives that are at the model homes, while very informative, represent the builder’s best interests.

The builders do not discount the home if you choose not to use a Realtor to represent you. They also will not honor a Realtor as your representative if you have already registered with the builder.

Please do not register with any builders before we have the opportunity to meet.
