	1) Address each step of the home buying process in a detailed initial consultation.
	2) Determine how much home you can afford and ways to accumulate your down payment.
	3) Select desired areas for your home search and identify home features and characteristics that are important to you.
	4) Search the Multiple Listing Service for homes which meet your location and feature requirements.
	5) Visit selected homes, evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
	6) Determine appropriateness of the asking price through comparison of similar homes in the area.
	7) Write an offer to the seller specifying terms under which you would purchase the home.
	8) Follow up with all parties involved that all necessary details were performed as written in the contract.
	9) Review the closing process, examine all closing paperwork for accuracy, and have a successful closing.
